About Chatoly's AI customer support chatbot platform.
Chatoly exists because customer conversations need AI speed, human judgment, source-grounded answers, and clear business control in one product.
Product belief
AI should answer fast, act carefully, and know when to bring in a person.
About Chatoly
We built Chatoly so business AI can be useful without being reckless.
Customer conversations are where trust gets earned or burned. Chatoly exists to give teams the speed of AI with the judgment of a careful support operation.
Mission
Chatoly helps customer-facing teams answer faster, sell more confidently, and protect customers from generic AI guesswork. The product is intentionally opinionated: ground every reply in business knowledge, score confidence before responding, log every action, and hand off when the AI should stay quiet.
Why we built this
Most chat widgets were designed for either simple live chat or rigid automation flows. Growing teams need something more practical: an assistant that understands products, services, policies, customer intent, and when a person should take over.
Chatoly is our answer to that gap. It combines semantic knowledge retrieval, website context, safe action workflows, and human escalation into a focused AI support layer for growing businesses.
We are building for operators who care about measurable ROI, but who also know that one wrong support answer can cost more than a thousand fast ones are worth.
