The work
What you will actually own.
This is the day-to-day scope of the role, not an aspirational list.
Model conversation, resolution, handoff, and conversion data into something queryable and trustworthy.
Build the customer-facing analytics that show resolution rate, deflection, and revenue influence.
Define the internal metrics for activation, retention, and expansion, and keep the definitions stable.
Investigate the questions that come up in planning instead of only maintaining dashboards.
Handle customer data with the privacy controls our policies commit us to.
