Interview customers and turn real deployments into specific, credible case studies.
Write with enough operational detail that a reader could act on the article without buying anything.
Work with SEO on briefs while keeping the writing worth reading.
Maintain a consistent voice: direct, practical, and free of AI hype.
Requirements

Essential
- Three or more years writing B2B content, ideally for a technical or operations audience.
- Portfolio showing depth rather than volume.
- Ability to research a domain properly and interview practitioners without wasting their time.
- Understanding of how content supports a buying process without being a sales pitch.
- Self-direction, because nobody will be assigning you a daily word count.
Nice to have
- Background in customer support, ecommerce, or SaaS operations.
- Experience writing about AI for a sceptical, technically literate audience.
- Comfort with SEO fundamentals.
