The work
What you will actually own.
This is the day-to-day scope of the role, not an aspirational list.
Own a product area end to end, from the problem definition through launch and measurement.
Talk to customers every week and bring back specifics rather than themes.
Write clear specifications that state the problem, the constraints, and how success is measured.
Make prioritisation calls in public and explain the reasoning, including what you chose not to do.
Work closely with engineering and design as a peer rather than as a ticket router.

Essential
- Three or more years in product management for a B2B SaaS product.
- Experience with technical products where you had to understand the system to make good calls.
- Strong written communication, since this is how we make decisions.
- Comfort with quantitative analysis and defining your own success metrics.
- Willingness to say no clearly and explain why.
Nice to have
- Background in customer support, customer success, or ecommerce operations.
- Experience shipping AI or machine learning features and handling their uncertainty.
- Familiarity with product-led growth motions.
