The work
What you will actually own.
This is the day-to-day scope of the role, not an aspirational list.
Build and maintain end-to-end test coverage across the dashboard, the widget, and the public site.
Design regression testing for AI responses, where correct is a range rather than a fixed string.
Test integrations against partner sandboxes and catch breakage before customers do.
Own cross-browser, mobile, and accessibility testing as part of the release process.
Make the test suite fast and trustworthy, because a flaky suite gets ignored.
Requirements

Essential
- Three or more years in QA automation for web applications.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright, Cypress, or an equivalent framework.
- Ability to read and write application code rather than only test scripts.
- A methodical approach to reproducing and isolating defects.
- Judgement about what deserves automation and what does not.
Nice to have
- Experience testing LLM or other non-deterministic systems.
- Accessibility auditing experience against WCAG.
- Performance or load testing background.
