The work
What you will actually own.
This is the day-to-day scope of the role, not an aspirational list.
Research and reach out to companies whose support volume suggests a genuine fit.
Run first conversations that diagnose the problem rather than pitch the product.
Qualify out quickly and clearly when we are not the right answer.
Keep CRM records accurate enough that the rest of the team can rely on them.
Feed objections and market signal back to marketing and product.
Requirements
What we are looking for.
If you meet most of these but not all, apply anyway and tell us how you would close the gap.

- Familiarity with a modern CRM and outbound tooling.
- Additional languages, particularly Arabic, French, or Spanish.
